ABOUT ARCHITECTURE
Architecture, a creative branch is a means to offer or render professional services in connection with the planning and design of a building, or group of buildings and the space within for the user keeping in mind the environmental, cultural & social aspects. The Five year Bachelor of Architecture course is affiliated to the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University,Lonere and is recognized by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi and the Director, Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra.
NATIONAL APTITUDE TEST IN ARCHITECTURE (NATA) OR JEE PAPER II
For securing admission, the candidate has to Qualify NATA (National Aptitude Test in
Architecture) Exam. NATA is Conducted by (COA) Council of Architecture, New Delhi or JEE Paper II (NTA)

Centralized Admission Process (Cap)
An unaided private profession educational institution shall admit candidates through the centralized admission process. The stages of CAP shall be as follows:
- Display or publishing of information brochure by competent authority.
- Filling online application form by candidate for participation in centralized admission process.
- Confirmation of online application form and document verification at facilitation center by the candidate in person.
- Display or publishing of provisional merit list, submission of grievances if any and display or publishing of final merit list.
- Display of available category-wise seats for CAP rounds 1, 2, and 3.
- Filling up an confirmation of online option form having preferences of courses and institutions before CAP round 1. Candidate may fill in choices of institutes and courses in decreasing order of their preferences as specified by competent authority. The option form once confirmed shall be considered for allotment in CAP round 1, 2, and 3.
- Display of provisional allotment of CAP round 1, 2, and 3 indicating allotted institute and courses.
- Reporting and accepting offered seats will be as per allotment of CAP round 1, 2, and 3 by candidate at reporting center.

Eligibility Criteria for Candidates NATA-2025
Candidates fulfilling the below criteria prescribed by the Council can appear for NATA 2025:
- Passed or appearing in 10+1 Examination with PCM Subjects
- Passed or appearing in 10+2 Examination with PCM subjects
- Passed or appearing in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as subjects
However, the admission to B.Arch., Course shall be made as per the eligibility prescribed in the Council of Architecture (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 2020 Candidates may note that NATA 2025 is the qualifier Aptitude Test for admission to B.Arch. program
offered by Universities / Institutions in the country, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Council.
Qualifying in NATA 2025 does not constitute a right / guarantee in favour of the candidate for admission to any architecture course unless the candidate has fulfilled all the prescribed requirements as specified by respective competent authorities in compliance with the eligibility criteria laid down by the council.
Admission to First year of B.Arch. Program
The Council of Architecture, with the approval of the Central Government, has prescribed the eligibility for admission to 1st year of 5-year B.Arch. Degree Course as prescribed under Regulation 4(1) of the Council of Architecture (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations
2020, which is stated as under:
- No candidate shall be admitted to Architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2
- equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
- along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
